These folks are the best!!!!! They will really work with you to ensure that your needs are being met without breaking your bank. They will explain in layman’s terms exactly what’s going on and what needs to be done, and they find ways to make the bill doable. I have a diesel (they don’t work on diesel engines just fyi) but after having a terrible experience with another mechanic (ugh I wish they worked on diesel!) they did their best to try to diagnose what was going on and didn’t even charge me! This was after having them do some serious work on my driveline a couple months prior. But yes, they are the best!

From start to finish Ken's Auto Center was incredibly efficient, transparent, and easy to work with. I love that you can schedule online, down to the very service and exact time you'd like to bring your car in. Cindi was so helpful and explained the process clearly. I thought my car was acting unusual and suspected it was a break issue, which it ended up being. Ken's team also replaced the rotors, spark plugs, and a sensor on one of my tires. Pricing was fair and they made it very easy to understand recommended repairs - I loved seeing everything in writing, before any work was done! Incredibly transparent, very convenient and they really leverage technology to communicate with integrity everything about your car. My car was with Ken's team for less than 2 days. My car is much safer now and my new breaks are amazing! Thanks Ken, Cindi and team!

Very nice place. I was looking for a place to get my car worked on because the other places I went to did not make me feel that they are reliable. But when I used Ken's and described the problem they knew right away what I needed. They gave me an estimate. They told be about when it would be done and they did what they said. Very professional. I told them if I need anything later that I will return. I am very glad I found this shop. Thanks to everyone.

Our family has been going Ken’s auto for any car maintenance or repairs for over 15 years. Most recently took my VW Tiguan in to get looked at after a horrible front suspension clunking sound. Well let's just say- just like many of you, I've been trying to find an honest, trustworthy auto mechanic with ethics, integrity and pride in their work. As for me- I'd been searching since I bought my first car MANY YEARS ago......well I finally found Ken's about 7 years ago. Best Ken's story; I was told by another BIG COMPANY mechanic - that I blew a head gasket (VERY expensive fix).....well when Ken and his crew took a look- it was just a heater box and a hose that broke...... easily saving me more than a thousand some dollars! And even more so- just see for yourself- next repair you need- just go in and see how refreshingly professional, kind, considerate and what "just plane nice good people" they truly are. Honesty- you owe it to yourself....I so very glad I found them!

This was my first time using Ken's Auto Service. The scheduling was easy. The staff were welcoming and explained the procedures well. The repair worked well, and they had my car done on the same day I had brought it in. I will definitely go back the next time I need service on my car.

Took my car in for a last minute inspection due to my check engine light being on. Even though they were booked with appointments all day they managed to squeeze me in earlier than expected. 12/10 customer service! Especially as a woman, it was so refreshing to go to a mechanic where they don’t try to upcharge and convince you to complete services you don’t need. I will definitely be coming here for all of my oil changes and any other future vehicle needs!

I cannot thank the employees at Ken’s enough for getting our car back on the road quickly. We just started our cross-country move and our vehicle developed a misfire issue. They could have easily told me they were too busy, since I didn’t have an appointment, but they didn’t. Mike worked quickly (possibly cutting his lunch short) and got the problem identified. A new fuel injector later and we were on our way. Thank you for the honesty and no nonsense you all strive to deliver.

Sometimes positive reviews sound fake, but I tried them out, paid for a diagnostic and they sent me a very detailed report with videos and photos and exact measurements. They sent an upfront estimate and then deducted the diagnostic fee from the work order estimate. They use fantastic communication and upfront paperwork. Their testing machines etc are top notch. Even dealerships don’t show their work tests and results as clearly. I feel like I’ve been missing something at all the other repair shops. Just bummed I wasted so much money at other shops before I found these guys. They are friendly and knowledgeable and very detailed. Price is same as shady shops all around them but this shop is solid quality and not shady at all. Finally! So happy I found them. Thanks Todd and Cindi! I’ll bring my car back for sure !

Came here for a second opinion it was the best experience I had. They were helpful and told me exactly what was wrong with my car. Warning lights not corrected after Oli change and tire pressure service. I finally figured out how to reset. Report says brake and steering Fluids 'contaminated'... need Clear Recomendation as to when service Has to be done. Can these items Wait until 60k mile service?

Kens Auto always does a great job on my SUV. They never try to have me do anything unnecessary and their prices are reasonable. Pick up is easy after hours now that they have lock boxes for keys.

Ken's Auto is honest. We all have been or eventually taken advantage of by a mechanic. That being said, with Ken's not only do they give you a print out of everything you need fixed, they walk you through it and really do care about your safety and the customer service here is by far some of the best. I've been here twice, once for a flat tire and another time for a tire-related issue. Both experiences were excellent. The staff was very supportive, respectful, and genuinely friendly. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, each time it took hardly 15 minutes. What really stood out was that they didn't charge me a penny for the service. It's rare to find a place that's this honest, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend!

- A shop that cares enough to understand proritizing jobs in the estimate - is priceless & these guys know that risk ranking & placing a timeline on suggested work invites a collaborative reticle care approach that prioritizes safety first! They understand the need to keep a daily in safe driving mode & better yet preventative maintenance for a regularly used Offroad 4x4. I am glad to have found them after Jim's shop closed!! I definitely recommend. They may not be the least pricey, yet they take the time to look around for concerns & do an honest repair.

My CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on in my Infinity G35. Naturally, I researched it on You Tube thinking it was an easy fix but there were too many probabilities. After calling many shops, Ken's Auto Center diagnosed the issue for free. I made an appt to fix my car & as promised, it was ready the next day. Everyone was so nice and helpful! I recommend Ken's Auto Center for repairs. I don't know anything about cars so I was a little concerned in the beginning but the mechanics there are great! The lady in the office was a sweetheart too!
