I cannot thank the employees at Ken’s enough for getting our car back on the road quickly. We just started our cross-country move and our vehicle developed a misfire issue. They could have easily told me they were too busy, since I didn’t have an appointment, but they didn’t. Mike worked quickly (possibly cutting his lunch short) and got the problem identified.
