Been going to Ken's off and on now for 15yrs. The new manager, Todd Santos, is the REAL DEAL. Super helpful, friendly, and smart. Todd recommended a BG hot oil flush & fuel/air induction service on my 2014 Mazda CX-5. WOW what a difference this service made! I honestly thought that the BG service could just be 'snake oil' and an upselling type service. Nope. Quite frankly, this car's acceleration and response now is night and day. I bought it used 3 years ago and it runs waaaaaay better than when I bought it. No joke. Worth every penny for this service. Thank you Todd for the recommendation and service. You nailed it. Update: I took the CX-5 in for a brake job yesterday. Ken's Auto did a brake inspection and looked over the car engine as well. Have you EVER heard of a shop telling you that they found an issue [valve cover gasket leaking] and it is covered under warranty? Never. They did a valve cover gasket replacement about 2 years ago and it started leaking again. They caught it and covered it w/o me bringing it up. Unreal. Ken's auto is the REAL DEAL. That's integrity. That's taking pride in your work and covering it if there is an issue. Have you ever heard of an Auto Shop being this PROACTIVE and doing this? Never....Wow. Thank you Todd Santos at Ken's Auto!
